In our last post on new Minute features, we mentioned a few upcoming features.
We’ve now rolled out these features, and we’re excited to tell you more about one of them. One of these new features is:
- Zapier integration
If you use Zapier, you know just how powerful this tool is.
That’s why we’re happy to announce that Minute now integrates with Zapier.
More specifically, you can now automatically copy your Minute tasks as they’re created other apps you use, via Zapier. Workflows called Zaps will watch Minute for any new assigned task, and then pass the information into apps like Trello to create new cards, or post about them on Slack. This gives you a 360-degree view of all your meeting tasks across all the tools you use.
For example, imagine that you run a meeting and your team comes up with a bunch of tasks.
Normally, you would have to separately follow up on these tasks, brief other team members, and so forth.
But, thanks to the integration, you can easily add tasks to your productivity tools. Here, you might use Slack to communicate with your team and Trello to complete tasks – you get the gist.
